1 - Hi, I'm huge

Ok, here's the unspeakable weigh-in: 186.8. Enormous. I am now officially 30 pounds heavier than my low weight of recent memory (when I was running as well as playing hockey 4-7 times a week). I am going to embarrass myself here as some kind of motivation to drop some pounds already! Catch-22 is that I don't want to run until I lose some weight, because I'm worried my knees can't take it. The long run for Saturday is 8 miles, which I intend to do around home (TNT training is too far away this week). Had my last class this week, so that should free up some extra time.

Today's leftovers from Auditorium B did not help. Rigatoni with shrimp in a reddish tomato/cheese sauce, pork chops with apples, and green beans. And a killer chocolate torte. A definite setback, but I cannot shake my seagull/raccoon nature.

The goal is 169 by the 4th of July. I know that's doable.

Still fat, but still running. Knees ok.
