A new week of training begins - Help me Hal!
Ok, so I really don't feel like running this week. I've been getting up at 4 am to make a drive to Milwaukee, and just too tired to run once home. I did run Sunday, 2 miles. Here's the plan for the rest of the week:
M 6/19 - plplpl
T 6/20 - plplplp!
W 6/21 - plplplplpllp!
R 6/22 - will try 4 miles
F 6/23 - will try 5 miles
S 6/24 - will try 6 miles with TNT
N 6/25 - Rest! (or an easy 2 miles)
I have gotten slow and fat, and stuffing myself on free seminar food did not help - lots of pop, cookies, and fast food from company cafeteria. Drank mostly coffee and no water to speak of. I am turning things around tomorrow. For sure.

I tell myself that everyday...but everyday I am seduced by the high fat coffee shakes at work....and the tasty tuna steak sandwiches at D's....Food? Why u taste so good?
