2 - Actually running

Week 2 starts now and I haven't really been running. But I did today, finally.

Monday - A muffin and 3 donuts for breakfast. Pint of coffee ice cream before bed. Not good. No exrecise of any kind.
Tue Jun 27 - Ran today! Plan was 3 miles, but ran 3.5 in 27:35. Walked some, then did a half-mile sprint in 3 minutes flat.
Total for the day was 4.28 miles in 34:25.
Wednesday Jun 28 - Yeah, again 4.something miles in 30 some minutes.
Thursday Jun 29 - Blew it off. In cheese land.
Friday Jun 30 - Blew it off. In cheese land.
Saturday Jul 1 - Plan to run 7.7 miles. Let's see how it goes. Results: Ran with Mike, a 7:15 pace to start but I couldn't sustain this and had to do some walking and resting. Final time was 1:02:47 for 7.? miles (less than 7.5). Slow..
Sunday Jul 2 - Plan to run 2 miles. Maybe 4. Results: I did not run, -lounged at home instead.
