Thanksgiving fun

Got another race on Thanksgiving Day morning. Should I run the Monday before or blow it off?

Ran fastest 10K ever in Lincolnwood, a 43:46. I'm closing in on that magic 7:00 10K. Need to lose another 30 seconds, but won't manage that this year.

Upcoming races. Too lazy to put into table right now..

Ok, so I've been doing some 7s - namely, 7-minute miles. I feel pretty good about it. I have some races coming up and hope to do a sub-7 pace one of these days, finally.

Monday - outside running
Tuesday - 4 miles on treadmill
Wednesday - 4 miles on treadmill plus another mile combo walking and 6:00 sprints, including the last 1.5 mile. Would be nice to do another 6:00 mile before the end of the year.
Thursday - tired..2 miles outside. Don't want to work too hard since I have hockey tomorrow.
Fri - cross train, 90 minutes of hockey, maybe on defense again. (that was tough!)
