Total miles: 13 (ouch!)

4 - So very sluggish I am

Week four and still no long runs to speak of. Am I in trouble? Maybe.

3 - Intermediate?

So, I'm trying to follow the Intermediate schedule posted on Grandma's site. I'm having trouble with the long runs on account of being super busy on the weekends and/or awful weather.

Week 3 is like this: OFF, 4,6,6,5,6,12 = 39
